Twenty-five years managing one of the largest Egyptian Arabian breeding operations in the United States, where he ran breeding, sales, training, and a 22-person crew. Now based in Montana, Matt leads client relationships and operational deployment at Workhorse — matching the right equipment and training to the right incident need.

Co-Owner of Workhorse Logistics. Background includes Search and Rescue, fireline emergency medical support, technical rescue, and Rapid Extrication Module Support (REMS) deployments. Contracts with partner backcountry medicine and rescue providers in support of wildland fire operations. At Workhorse, Nikki leads the medical team operating UTV-based rapid-response and patient-transport platforms in remote terrain.

At Workhorse, Chyanne coordinates rental and deployment of equipment supporting ICS, DES, and wildland fire incidents.
